  Seller sent wrong item & demanded photos for proof, then wanted even more photos of the packaging. They dragged the return process out through chat. Instead of sending me correct product or refunding me, they wanted me keep wrong item by offering 25% off. Their mistake means I get to take time off work, drive across town to print a label, repackage this and then stand in line at post office; all for a $12 item. Poor customer service, no accountability, no apology. Waste of time. BEWARE
