    I had a very good experience with Myles. I ordered a squareneck dobro but unfortunately there was a problem and he wasn't able to ship. His communication is absolutely fantastic and he sent me one that was more expensive without charging any extra. The quality is very good and exactly as described. I will definitely buy from this seller again when I am looking for some more projects.

    Got a message that my package was delivered but it was at the wrong address. Contacted the seller and Myyles responded within an hour. Informed me that the delivery company sent the message to the wrong person (me) and that my package was on its way and provided me with the correct tracking number. Package arrived a day later in perfect condition. GREAT customer service!!!!

    OUTSTANDING SELLER!!! Phenomenal communication… There was a payment transaction issue and the seller worked with me to out mutual benefit. Please note that I do not have the product yet and I will update my review when it arrives. I felt compelled to let people know that trade is alive and well with China. The people of our two countries can make a difference during the turbulent time. Thanks to Myles. I will look to buy again after the product arrives…

    First, praise the seller for very good contact and fast fairly well-secured shipping of the neck (polystyrene case). Unfortunately, only NEUTRAL feedback because the seller gave me the FULL REFUND ( what is VERY FAIR ) after the Jackson neck I received turned out to be a piece of junk - only for firewood. The photos and description did not show the most significant defects that the Jackson neck had. Lesson for me. Ask more questions and ask for more photos before buying.
