  Can't recommend this company enough, the original charger I ordered didn't work as it was the wrong one that I'd ordered, wrong numbers put down I think, they promptly sent out a different one at no extra charge to me, & I didn't even have to return the 1st one tho I am perfectly happy to do so, it arrived quickly & works perfectly, 5***** seller would not hesitate to use again, husband was dubious as it was arriving from the Netherlands but it arrived in a very well packaged parcel, thank you

  Bought as Novation charger, but arrived as an unbranded charger from China. Purchased with additional leads as ‘premium’ option. Additional leads packed as separate items and not a matched set. Will be trying with my controller keyboard, but not as confident as with a fully branded item. Packaged in ‘My volts’ cheap looking packaging a packed in a lightly padded envelope. Not massively happy with what is effectively an expensive cost for a cheap item.

  The adapter was missing from the parcel, I may have missed it when unpacking and threw it away with the box...but the supplier sent the necessary adapter immediately at no cost without questioning whether I was responsible...fantastic service!
