  Unfortunately, the statue I ordered arrived with minor damage. (It happens, sometimes, even when a seller packages an item carefully!) I reached out to the seller with photos of the damaged item and the packaging. Seller was courteous and responded immediately with options for a solution (even though they were on vacation!), and we were able to quickly resolve the issue. I think that both of us are satisfied with the resolution, and I would happily buy from this seller again.

It was shipped quickly, and when it arrived, it was packaged well and matched the description perfectly, and I think the value and price makes sense.
