  This is one excellent seller!! When USPS told us the item went missing, the seller was willing to work with us if they never showed. Shortly after opening a claim with eBay (To protect us & the seller), the package was found in a different USPS distribution center. ((Strange))Seller shipped item the day after auction ended (12/23/22 & it arrived 1/10/23)I HIGHLY recommend this seller! Item was described as being”Used”, So clean you can’t tell.Will buy from again!!!A++++

  Extremely poor communication. The seller never responded to my email requesting additional information about the product. I took a chance and went ahead and bought it anyway. Yes, the product was listed as ‘used’ but I didn’t expect the shoes to be extremely dirty and dusty. This wasn’t indicated in either the listing, nor did the pictures show the true condition of the shoes.

  Been busy with life lately and haven't had as much time to respond to questions, this isn't my full-time job. Shoes were dusty because they have been sitting on a shoe rack since they have been listed. They Definity weren't dirty because the pictures were taken then put on a shelf until they were sold and never worn after that, so you saw the condition.
