  I would give this seller 10 out of 10 stars! They went above and beyond for me. I received a pair of earrings that were missing a stone, and they immediately took care of the problem by shipping me a brand new pair with no questions asked and no need to return the original. I highly recommend this seller!

  The chain was too short he told me he would make it longer but he shipped it before I replied to the length I wanted. When I text him and told him and said why would you ship it before I told you length I wanted. He said well I made it longer. Then he text me back and said I was pissy and not to text him anymore. He said it didn’t matter if I opened a case against him because eBay will take care of him. Well I did open a case and nothing was done. Cross is light weight. Cheap typical Walmart

  I waited two days for you to respond to my emails about the length you wanted, and you never responded. I offered to send you a replacement chain the length you wanted...ALL FOR FREE I might add, but your attitude was too much to deal with. When someone is offering you something at no extra charge, and tries to make you happy by sending a replacement, and you start acting like a complete intitled child, yah, I was over it. No pleasing this buyer. Don't waste your time on this one. Not worth it.
