    I never received the item, just a label stamped in red saying received in damaged condition inside a usps plastic bag apologizing for damaging my item.My very english speaking challanged postal delivery person was told to do this. Upon further checking usps & ebay state the item was delivered.I contacted the seller & we have both been trying to fix this mess, I filed lost/damaged claim with usps via phone & on line with no resolution. The seller refunded my payment, kudos to her shame on usps.

    The item shipped fast. It was packaged very nicely wrapped so that no harm would happen during shipping. The bag is even better than described. It's in perfect condition and the colors are even more vibrant than pictured. Very happy! Would definitely purchase from this seller again. Can't wait to use the bag I love it!
