    Great price. Items arrived late due to issue with courier, seller stayed in contact until issue was resolved, great seller wouldn't hesitate to buy from again

    Second time purchasing from them, great product. This time I requested if order could be sent out same day or next day as needed urgently, they sent it out shortly after purchase the same day and it got to me very very quickly. Amazing service, will be returning to purchase more.

    Initial delivery wasn't trackable, seller notified and was sent next day. Decent seller let down by the courier - maybe time to change delivery service as judging by feedback this happens often.

    The brackets were posted by the seller using the courier company, EVRI. EVRI, failed to deliver the brackets. Contacted "My Shopfittings Ltd" and explained the problem to Paul. He was most helpful and communicative in resolving the issue. I would highly recommend this company for their customer ethos. Using "EVRI" as a courier company may not be the way forward for them!

    Charged £7.97 for postage. Individually for each item. When contacted, was refused refund on it. However , this was for small rolls of labels. Seller posted together, so combined postage at Royal Mail small parcel cost. Again - was refused and ignored messages. Treated like I’m the issue for asking for combined postage refund. I would not buy from this seller again
