  This seller is more than amazing. Unfortunately, this vacuum came from the factory without the bottom half of the dust trap. However, the seller went above and beyond and was great to communicate. I would buy from this seller again.

  I bought a tool, the description said used, I received the tool but it doesn't work, the seller refused to take the item back, I had to write to eBay to get help, in the end I waited 4 weeks to get my money back, don't buy anything from him.

  Sold a Cordless power Tool I purchased at a Garage Sale, Item clearly Listed "AS IS". Buyer CLEARLY DID NOT READ DESCRIPTION I could not test it because item did not come with battery charger. I Waited for Ebay to make final decision.
