  Although I did not received the item described, the seller refunded the the total purchase price and sent me the pictured item without charge. Just arrived in working condition. This seller takes customer service to another level putting the customer first even if it costs him. Don't worry about dealing here. If you have any problems, he will fix them. It's no wonder that he has a 100% feedback rating.

  So I had the highest bid and was to receive the lot of (3) Shure belt packs in the mail. Shipping was super fast, but upon opening the box I quickly realized that someone had gotten something mixed up. I ended up with 4 total belt packs and two weren’t the ones I had bid on and one of the 4 didn’t work. So immediately I thought I had been scammed, or someone had accidentally shipped the wrong thing. I contacted the seller and he fixed the problem immediately. Highly highly recommended!!!

  The seller was positive. The shipping was negative. In fact almost all of my eBay shipments are negative. They say the delivery will be made a certain and it doesn't come. I can understand and tolerate occasional lapses of service. But every time becomes a source of aggravation. The worst part is there is never any communication or means to do that. I have no idea why deliveries are a problem. If I was given some information perhaps I can do something to make it better. Thank you.
