  Item was not “Excellent condition/no missing pieces”. Parts could be heard moving freely in box. Opened to find one figure missing a wing piece and a peg that were loose in box. Picture supplied. Informed seller, responded they didn’t ship it that way. After the first transformations, it was discovered that 5/6 forward landing gear are missing pegs. Pictures supplied. Informed seller, was told yea they fall out. These were not in excellent condition and they are missing parts. No refunds tho.

We’re sorry the figures became loose during shipping; that is beyond our control. A video was provided to you noting the landing gear is loose fitting, an issue from the manufacturer.
