Ordered on 2/10, shipping label created on 2/12 with estimated delivery by 2/19. Item was not shipped, opened "item not received" case on 2/20, seller messaged me that day and said it was shipped but a short time later said there was bad weather and asked if I still wanted my item shipped or a refund, I requested that they send item, it was sent out and I received it 3/1. Items are as pictured and I am very happy with them. Recommend.

In Florida, if the USPS don't lose your package, it arrives either crushed , torn open or damaged. But this shipper packaged it very well to prevent this.
