    Great seller, very communicative, and handled a shipping issue on eBay's end with no hassle required of me. One of the segment rings arrived damaged and they quickly resolved it. The damaged ring 100% was damaged in transit as the seller had done a great job of securely packaging the rings but it was obvious that someone had stomped on the package (the plastic case inside for the damaged ring was shattered. Overall great seller - highly recommend them!

    Quick shipping, product 100% as described. It came in a vacuum sealed pack. The needle tip covered with a plastic tip for protection.

    The items were almost as described. I ordered 10 clear gems but 1 turned out to be a ball. Not a big deal for me since I'll be the only one using them. I haven't made a practice of losing my gems very often since I've switched to threaded. Overall I'm satisfied with my purchase, everything arrived in order, as promised. Took the same amount of time to deliver as another order shipped the same day from a different seller and shipping costs were similar.

    BUYERS BEWARE! I messaged the seller a week after purchase as items had not shipped yet, item was shipped but no message response. Once items received, one broke within 30 minutes. Messaged seller again. No response. A week later, other item broke.messaged again. No response. Poor quality, poor communication, will not purchase from again.
