    First package arrived open with items missing. Looked like poor handling in transit as package was ripped. Contacted the seller who immediately offered a replacement or a refund. I accepted the replacement and it arrived safely today. Very happy with the service and my purchase.

    This seller is five star! First delivery came with an empty postage pack (issue with package seal) - seller was extremely responsive with communication and quickly sent out a replacement. Great confidence in their customer service, highly impressed. High quality product - brand new, well packaged - very good value - perfect colour match - fast postage and excellent communication.     Purtroppo è arrivato il pacco aperto senza nessun oggetto all'interno, ho scritto al venditore allegando foto, e senza perdere tempo mi ha proposto due soluzioni.     Package was originally listed as delivered on the tracking but I didn’t have anything turn up, messaged the seller and they got back quickly offering a replacement which came in a couple of days. Very happy with the service and would buy again.

    Mower arrived yesterday. The courier stated that the delivery would be made before 11.40 am but this didn’t happen it was successfully delivered mid afternoon. The box was battered and torn but the mower was undamaged. Despite the above we are delighted to get this as new mower which has just proved itself to start on second pull and to do an amazing job of cutting the lawn. Excellent product and value Thanks
