    Seller did not respond to my inquiry asking to purchase the easel back only at a reduced shipping cost. The cracked frame and glass is of no use to me and I will need to trash them. Because I really needed the easel, I decided to buy the frame before the listing expired. Item arrived today and is as described. It arrived promptly and was well packaged. The easel fits my other gallery frame perfectly.

    After ordering my item the seller discovered a small scratch and asked if I wanted to continue before she shipped and even offered a discount. I really appreciated that she asked instead of just sending, assuming I would be fine with it. When my item arrived I was missing a small piece. I messaged the seller and she sent a replacement quickly. The whole transaction was very easy. She was responsive and I feel went above and beyond to assist me. I would definitely do business again.
