  Good communications. Listing practices need improvement. Seller had multiple of the same Joe. Photos in listing were of a mint Joe and description said mint. The Joe I received had a badly cracked elbow and noticeable paint loss. They insisted they sent a mint one. They don't use boxes but ship in bubble mailer. Seller eventually offered return/refund but once they received Joe they waited till after the eBay processing window to refund.
