  The item was as described, defects were carefully & fully noted in advance—no surprises. Sent promptly & packaged to lower shipping cost. Seller was very responsive & offered a good value. Most important to me was color accuracy, no odor on the clothing & a fair price. I would definitely work with this seller again.

  These shoes were a special gift for my daughter. They are gorgeous! However, when I received them I was disappointed in how the shoe box was totally destroyed. No way you can store them, let alone gift them in a destroyed box! I felt for what I paid, they should had been packaged properly in a box or something that was going to protect the item I paid over $200 for! They were put in cute plastic wrapping not protected by the shipping process or even the elements.
