  The ad said 4x knee braces and they sent 2x. When I contacted seller they said I ordered 2x when it clearly showed I ordered 4x. A month later they are holding my refund hostage until I write a review. I have little faith I’ll get one after this review but I have to be honest. Bad customer service it’s like they don’t trust me when I paid in good faith and you made the mistake
