  The model of the unit was incorrect and the listing failed to mention that it did not include the battery. The seller also took about a week to ship the item and mixed up tracking numbers with another item I ordered from them. However, I brought some of this to their attention and they gave me the partial refund that I requested so I will consider this neutral instead of negative.
