  Although unboxed, as described, all three eyeliners appear to be in very good condition, and hopefully, unused. They arrived in a timely fashion. Thanks to the Seller.

  These were purchased in a large overstock direct as stated in the description. They are new/unused as promised in the listing. If you want to take additional precautions, you can spritz 91% Isopropyl Alcohol on the product prior to use. This will disinfect. This is the way Department Stores and Makeup counters have tested and sampled beauty items for years. It's also a great option after cleaning makeup brushes.   Even though it came with no box, you could tell it had never been used. I have looked everywhere for this discontinued Almay eyeliner and was so glad that this seller had it. Shipping was super fast!
