  I received my order yesterday and the crystals do not look like the ones she posted. She said I ordered the jet hematite well I’m sorry I don’t know the color names. I just buy them by the way they look in the picture I had bought one years ago I was trying to get the same one, but these are black. Nothing like the picture posted. I reached out to her. She said my reason wasn’t good enough for them to be returned so if you order something make sure it’s the right color.

  This is so frustrating. You can see the listing pic right here in feedback that they ordered black w/black crystals. They even messaged me ASKING for this color (BY NAME!) because it was out of stock, so I set it up for them to order. THEY RECEIVED THE SAME COLOR AS THE PIC IN THE LISTING THAT THEY ORDERED AND ASKED FOR. So now I am out the fees (VERY HIGH), the shipping costs (ALSO HIGH) & ALL my costs to make these, yes, TWO beautiful frames! WHY??!! THIS IS NOT FAIR AT ALL! :(

  I have been purchasing from this store for over 10 years and the quality of her bling thingz never disappoints!The stones NEVER fall off! Through car washes and harsh Texas sun! My black frame faded so that’s why I needed a new one! Thank you so much, again!
