  My crankset arrived as described. It was at my door in 4 days undamaged because it was packaged appropriately. Seller reduced the price so I jumped on it. Great transaction and I installed the cranks the next day.

  Super eBay member, good communication. Item shipped in bubble mailer so the blister broke. For Me I can live with it but wrote to them explaining that package is as important as the subject. I still consider this a fair deal and it was shipped very promptly. Hopefully this does not happen going forward.

  Received a different version of the same engine (no decoder installed). The seller instantly replied and made it right by offering a partial refund or a full refund if I decided to return the engine. I opted to keep the engine and install my own decoder using the refunded money - great communication. A++ seller
