  I purchased a product from Mark, the seller, and unfortunately, I had problem with it. I reached out to him right away, and he responded promptly, offering to send a replacement emblem at no extra cost. His honesty and outstanding customer service really stood out.   As described, reasonable shipping time. Didn’t like the added $7.00 shipping for screws and gasket that was placed in same box as sender on addition to the $12.00 shipping for sending unit.
