    Used seller before, cheaper to buy new Ravel watch than to have battery in old one. They keep good time. Late arrival not sellers fault, we go up to 3 days no post. Reliable seller IMO.

    Item not as expected, but seller accepted full responsibility in very courteous terms and matter quickly resolved. These things occasionally happen despite the best of intentions and, in such circumstances, what matters most is customer service - which in this instance I cannot fault. Would happily buy from this seller again.
