    Item arrived promptly but was missing transceivers shown in the picture. After I pointed this out, seller immediately acknowledged the error but also observed not having another card to ship, seller issued a full refund as part of that first acknowledgment, and did not require the empty card to be sent back. Positive rating for excellent customer service!
