  Sent it to my old address at first, they helped to reissue a shipping label to send it to my current address with the help of my family. Package came with everything ordered, got it tuned up and ready to play. Capo, shoulder strap, extra strings, picks, pick holder, shaker for your finger, pegs for the head. The book isn't translated very well, but followable, and I haven't tried the electric. But great communication, great customer service, great ukulele, especially for the price.
