    Seller was very responsive and kind. Item came as described and worked like a charm. Packaging was well done in keeping the item protected and even shipped earlier than expected! Great value and great people. I will be looking forward to working with them again in the future!

    Shipping was really quick, packaging was very good too (and in original box), item was as nice (or nicer) than as-described &/or expected (item is in beautiful new condition), an excellent value. This is a seller who cares about happy customers, which any buyer will appreciate! Great communications. Thanks for making the experience a smooth & enjoyable one! By the way, the stand itself is excellent, really nicely-designed and well-built, it will look gorgeous on stage!

    Seller responsive, fair, helpful and friendly. Instrument was as described. I was very concerned however with the packaging, it was shipped in box that was smaller than the drum but luckily it made it me safely even though box was beat up. Happy in the end. Thx!

    This item arrived in as advertised condition (new but damaged on delivery to the original store), bought as spare parts. 4:30 PM Monday 2 June 2025. Very securely packed and protected. Highly recommended reliable dealer, will happily deal with again. Can't say the same about "Asendia" tracking was not good

    Good description, great price, fast shipping. The only thing I wasn’t impressed with was the packaging. The box was cobbled together from two other boxes with tape and had fallen apart by the time it arrived. Fortunately it arrived intact, so no harm, but only by the pure luck.

    Miraculously, the guitar arrived completely intact and without damage. Though shipped quickly, USPS took it on an extra 1000 mile journey thru Chicago, doubling delivery time. The box received looked like it had been delivered by the Samsonite Gorilla. This obviously means that it was packaged well enough to survive USPS. The guitar itself was exactly as described and overall a good value. Apart from needing new strings and battery, the only issue was a loose jack/endpin needing to be tightened.
