  Everything went better than expected: the instrument was exactly as described and it basically arrived a month before. The seller answered all my questions quickly and everything went smoothly. The only negative thing (I speak for Italian customers) is that I had to pay a further 60 euros for customs clearance, which I didn’t expect because I thought that all shipment expenses were included in the final price: just make sure to check it if you don’t want an extra payment at the delivery.

  Packaged to survive a nuclear blast. Arrived in immaculate condition exactly as described. Purrs like a kitten. Looks like it came from the gods. Arrived with the swiftness of a racehorse. Cost almost nothing but sounds better than anything else I've ever held. I couldn't be happier.

  Item arrived as advertised (new) and is very neatly constructed It appears sturdy with good zippers and straps. It arrived in Canada far earlier than expected, which was a bonus When I'd reached out to the seller with a question, they replied very quickly. As a Canadian, the exchange fee on U.S. currency is high, and there was a small Customs Fee to be paid. However, I'm very happy that I finally now have a good case for my beautiful instrument!
