    Everything turned out fine nice item well packed delivery very slow not kept informed of orders progress had to message seller to find out what was going on only to be told they were waiting for the item if it’s not in stock that should be made clear at the point of purchase apart from that all fine did ask for a case to compensate for the delay didn’t get that or an apology!

    Absolutely terrible experience with this seller. Bought a saxophone over a month ago which still hasn't arrived. Seller is blaming UK customs clearance but has failed to provide any information to me about what courier they are using, the tracking information or estimated delivery dates. I have spent over £5,000 and am receiving the vaguest of messages from this seller. Extremely unprofessional and poor communications, not to be trusted.

    Die Bewertung wird entfernt - Einfuhrzoll wurde vom Kunden nicht bezahlt - somit der Kauf abgebrochen. Ebay wird diesen Eintrag umgehend entfernen!
