  Excellent seller. Confirmed it was correct model. Packaged extra secure and arrived in a timely manner in perfect condition as described. Excellent value. It is performing like new as replacement subwoofer. Would buy from this seller again! Highly recommend this seller!

  Subwoofer arrived in a cardboard box with ZERO PROTECTION/PADDING, so both the treble and bass knobs were broken off on the inside of sub. Seller did communicate very well. They also paid for return shipping and refunded all of my money.

  Good seller as far as packaging, speed of delivery and condition as described. Unfortunately I received a counterfeit pair of earbuds. Bose confirmed it with the serial number. I don’t believe the seller knew they were counterfeit. I did contact the seller and he said he had a pair he used at the gym and that was it. No offers to make things right. The seller has a no return policy so I took my loss. Live and learn. At $299 I did think they would be authentic. The noise cancellation is horrible

  I m sorry these bose headphones are genuine authentic from the serial number because we did sold plenty of them we don’t sell counterfeit bose products for many years our store speaks for us this buyer message me about the noise canelling does not respond after a month
