Dispatch was slow (it wasn’t posted until 6 days after payment), but I messaged the seller to ask and they replied straight away and posted the item soon after. Postage was quite slow (almost 2 weeks) from India but there was good tracking information the whole time. Overall I’m very happy with this purchase. This is an honest seller whom I would confidently buy from again and recommend.

It has 12 sympathetic strings vs the advertised 13, and two guitar-style tuning pegs for the chikari unlike the traditional one pictured. This all seems a stretch for "SMALL VARIATION IN COLOR, SHADE, SIZE, SHAPE OR DIMENSION". Sell claimed they would send the missing strings, but I have as-yet received no conformation, nor did they choose to comment on the damage when presented pictures.
