  Shipping was very fast. Packaging was great. The item is as described. Except for the clasp on the necklace was faulty. This could have been due to shipping. However, the seller was very responsive and fair in resolving the issue. I am very impressed by how they were able to make it right. They have integrity. I would trust and buy again from them. As buyers, make sure you are aware of your country’s import and duties because it could be a lot, but it’s not the seller’s responsibility.

  Ultra fast shipping, extremely well packaged, exactly as described (in fact they sent me a message with all callouts on the bag, even overstating the “damage” so I was prepared for a bag with more issues than I initially thought, but once it arrived the issues are so small that I am impressed they took the time to be so specific and meticulous about disclosing them to me.   Everything went better than I could’ve hoped. Took a couple days to ship but once shipped arrived at my door in only a couple days! FEDEX from Japan to Oklahoma! Item as described, packaged professionally, and the best price I could find online. Would buy from again.
