    Item well packaged. Not exactly as described in the ad. Mention made of a stem, needed to use the blade. But the stem was not included. Cannot use blade without it. Upon contacting seller, I was told to return it and I would get a refund. After the waiting period was up, the return/refund was handled in a very quick and efficient manner.

    The item was accurately described and it was shipped promptly but the seller chose Ground service and it took 20 days to arrive. Should have been given the option of choosing priority.
