    The package came as described with all the things shown on the listing. The item was packaged very well and really secure. There was a couple delays with shipping but that is not the fault of the seller but the fault of the carrier. I would say this seller is trust and the value of the item is perfect.

    The shipping via Fedex was a good experience. The camera presented a minor unexpected issue on the first day. Yet the seller was very willing to help me resolve the issue or provide a refund. The issue has not appeared since the first day, and the camera has functioned admirably. It came in pristine condition excellently packed and protected for its voyage from Japan to North America. I would definitely recommend this seller for all kinds of photographic equipment & after sales support.

    Item arrived in great condition and in a timely manner. State of it is just as described (great lenses with no visible marks, works great! Cloth pouch and filter much appreciated). Box was well packaged with bubble wrap and paper. Thank you!

    The camera was described as being in very good condition and indeed it is. It was very carefully packaged with lots of bubble wrap and arrived with no damage. Shipping by FedEx was excellent -- I ordered the item very late on Monday evening and it arrived at my home in Vancouver, BC, before noon on Thursday, which was the earliest possible time in the range of predicted dates. I'm completely satisfied with this transaction and would definitely buy from this seller again.
