On contacting supplier to request advice, supplier replied 'out of office 24 hours', Ebay responded 'supplier out of office till April '26' Confusing!! However, no problems eventually in dealing with supplier - full refund given. Biggest problem was working my way round 'returns procedure' - first time - after using Ebay for several years. Can't really fault supplier, product was sent to me in unopened packaging.
