    Ordered two, one of which was faulty. Seller though showed no hesitation in replacing with a new one. Had to send the faulty drive back to China, at my own expense, which was not reimbursed, so that’s not good at all considering none of this was my fault, so I am now down $40. Ultimately though the new one arrived and works fine. It was also packaged very well, communication was good, so provided you dont get a faulty one, it’ll be a good purchase.

    Drives arrived 2 days early. Exact replacement for the manufacturer refurbished drives for only a few dollars more. No issues with 2 of the drives that have replaced the refurbished drives. One more to replace. Drives were packed extremely well. Will order again from this seller.

    Great price. Fast shipping from within Australia. Hard drives packaged really well and were protected. Haven't mounted them yet but I expect no issues. Good communication. Would definitely order more parts from this seller.

    Very impressed with this seller. The hard drive is exactly what I needed and arrived extremely well packed to ensure there was no chance of damage in transit. This is really appreciated indeed! Seller shipped my drives very quickly and with tracking I was able to know exactly when they would arrive. Have alreadt formatted and put several of the drives into use and they are purring along nicely with no issues according to DriveDx. I would highly recommend this seller.

    Seller services were A-OK. Everything was done correctly on their end. However, our local USPS somehow lost the package but claims it was delivered. Our mail box is locked so it was not stolen from our mail box. Be advised USPS does not accept Chinese tracking or E-bay tracking for anything. Our paper copies of tracking were totally ignored.
