    Seller sent wrong item (2.5" drives in 2.5" carriers instead of the 3.5" variety listed) ...contacted seller and they never replied back or offered to make it right on a $2,700 order. This required us to have to locate and purchase adapters, as our intended server only takes 3.5" drives ...additional time and expense added to an already delayed project. This was our second order with this seller. The first order went ok - package arrived destroyed and seller took care of it.
