Our story started in 2020during the "lockdown" period when, as a regular camper and traveller I found myself stuck in the house and garden more than I'd like.
To prevent myself going crazy I decided I should learn something...
Years ago, when I left school I trained in Computer Aided Design (CAD), and briefly worked in the CAD industry before moving on to other things. By 2020, I'd pretty much forgotten everything I knew so decided I'd start again and "relearn" what I could.
Sadly, i found I simply didn't have the motivation. It's hard to learn something you're not really interested in, and I found myself just drawing cars (one of my passions).
I drew passable VW T3 (T25), which is my own vehicle and quite liked the look of it, and went from there. I had to start from scratch and learn Vectors... much more suitable to drawing vehicles and all my artwork is drawn "by hand" with vectors. No photos, No AI :)
