  When I received my purchase, I discovered that it didn't match what I had ordered. I contacted the seller and heard back from them within 24 hours. Within days they sent a replacement. It is just as it should be, so I'm happy with my purchase and with their customer service. Thanks very much!

  Really a neat idea for a travel type of hanger. I ordered 2 of these - one of the hangers had a missing component. I reached out to the seller (located in China) and they sent out a replacement hanger. Considering how far these traveled it arrived in good timeframe. Thanking the vendor for addressing the issue quickly. Would recommend this eBay seller.

  The first item I ordered arrived completely shattered. The shipper sent out a replacement and it arrived in perfect condition. It was better packaged for shipping. It’s exactly like the picture and a great fit for my needs. Nice for displaying small decorative items. Good quality glass.
