More Than Words è un programma senza scopo di lucro per lo sviluppo della forza lavoro e la difesa dei giovani che serve quasi 350 giovani ogni anno. Siamo un'azienda gestita da giovani che consente ai giovani di prendersi cura delle loro vite prendendo in carico le loro librerie. Lavoriamo con i giovani adulti più vulnerabili della Greater Boston: coloro che fanno parte del sistema di affidamento, coinvolti in tribunale, senzatetto o fuori dalla scuola. In More Than Words guadagnano un lavoro retribuito, lavorando nelle nostre aziende imparando il servizio clienti critico, la tecnologia, la gestione dell'inventario e le capacità di leadership. Lavorano anche sul loro lavoro "TU", frequentando workshop e visite in loco e ricevendo un supporto mirato per garantire che persistano a scuola e mappano i piani per il loro futuro lavoro, istruzione e vita. I nostri giovani si presentano, danno e ricevono feedback e guidano i loro coetanei. Dopo 6-12 mesi nel nostro programma principale, continuiamo a supportare i nostri laureati mentre continuano a raggiungere risultati misurabili e positivi.

Shipping was a little slow, but that's okay. Packaging was light; there was a cut through the plastic bag from processing or other, and nothing there else to protect it, but thankfully, it made it fine. That's lucky. Our services are tough on packages. Very grateful to have found this book by these folks, great service. Would buy from again. My best!

The book was in very good condition, as described, except that the bottom corners (front and back) were bent. This could have occurred during shipping, because the book was shipped in a thin plastic bag. I wish sellers would use more protective packaging to avoid damage during shipping. Other than that, this was a good experience, and I would buy from this seller again. I gave 5 stars because the excellent price made up for the minor damage.
