  Shipping was fast and packaging was great! Unfortunately, the pie plate has a factory flaw; an area inside is not fully glazed, which renders the pie plate unusable. This flaw was not disclosed in the details of the listing. However, the return process was fast, and the seller has refunded the total cost of my purchase. Thank you for making this right!

  Described as having gold bows & snowflake ornaments. There was neither in the box. Seller apologized & gave me $13.00 off which I feel was not enough. Offered me to send back but over $18 one way & send back another $18 + would be almost $40.00. Dissatisfied as I have wanted for his tree with ornaments for almost a year.
