    Unfortunately the item was mis-boxed and not what advertised. However I contacted MTP Liquidations and they provided an easy return process, prompt refund, and in earnest, hold only positive feedback on how they corrected what I believe is an honest error on their part. They sell liquidated items and I believe mine was simply mis-boxed from whomever they received the item from. Overall, while I wish it was what I wanted, MTP made it simple for me to return the item for full refund. Kudos.

    Great price, item as described... no complaint there. However, specifically asked seller to protect the top of the item for shipping, which they ignored. Worse, item was able to move freely within the box due to weak packing, making it a miracle that it didn't get damaged. Can't say I'd buy from them again.

    Seller answered questions before purchase. Arrived quickly ans as described. Packages wrapped with plenty of tape. Haven't installed them yet but items look nice and new as seller described. Thank you. 5 stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

    The product came on time and in excellent condition. Unfortunately, it had limitations for application that weren't going to work for me. I started the process to return it. The vendor couldn't have made it easier; gave me a refund immediately and said to just keep it. Excellent business partner.

    An outstanding seller who excels in every eBay rating category. In addition the Tile sealer product was accessed from the newest inventory (even the manufacturer's packaging was in mint condition), and the expiration date was years into the future. This seller rates deservingly high ( 5 Stars +++). The product also works extremely well.
