No response, so purchased full lot. All the others will be re sold , as are duplicates. Items arrived on time, extremely well packed. Shame about their communication.

Multiple layers of bubble-wrap and foam topped off with plastic wrap. This is the way metal things should be wrapped! The monopod is exactly as described. Excellent value item at half the price of a new one.
