  Very prompt and fast shipping. Shipping cost was high but not a terrible value since it arrived very quickly for such a heavy item. Condition was a discribed with damage to internal product box but outer box arrived in good condition and the item itself was in new condition and was easily cleaned. Would order from this seller again.

  I received a 26 inch hoop instead of a 36 inch hoop. When i contacted them i was told the hula hoop expands. After asking how a hula hoop expands they accepted a return.

  The handle was not in the box where the machine was packaged . The picture show the handle but it was not packed. In addition another part was faulty(broken)see photo. Now, I have to go back on EBAY and look for a handle inorder to operate the machine.

  We offered to take it back, we offered to refund it, we offered to buy the customer the handle, and we didn't get a response, they just left negative. We're not sure sure how this happened, but we are still willing to do whatever we need to do to to resolve it. But no response from the customer.
