  Bag arrived in pristine condition, as described, very safely packaged. Shipping turned out to be slow (almost 3 weeks from UK to eastern US) but that seemed to be mostly USPS's fault. Would buy from this seller again.

  I had a small issue with an item and the seller without question or delay refunded all my money including shipping AND told me to keep the item as they were so disappointed that they had missed the flaw.   Jacket arrived the next day, great communication from the seller regarding the size/fit and being able to return for full refund if jacket didn't fit, which put my mind at rest.
