Item as described if not in better condition than described! A great deal on a rare and discontinued Paiste cymbal. Mr. NOLA even threw some Mardi Gras beads in there to keep it authentic.     I purchased a vintage sewing machine from this seller, and it was damaged in shipping, but they immediately issued a refund. They packaged they outside of the container really well, but the inside needed to be packaged as well to keep the sewing machine from flying around inside the case. They said that this was the first time they shipped something like this, and I can absolutely understand how this wouldn't be obvious. The item appears as described before the damage. Good seller.
