  The collection was packaged securely and arrived before the expected time. All the pipes were as described, and well worth the investment!   Item listing noted item was sealed. However, item had a tear in the seal in upper right corner which was very disappointing. I informed seller of the inaccuracy of his listing and requested a $12 discount off of what I paid which I felt was fair and reasonable to make things right. Seller refused to make things right. Most eBay sellers try to make things right with buyer if the seller goofed with inaccuracies in their listing. Seller only suggested to ship back without compensation for my time.
