  Item arrived exactly as pictured! The Gundam piece I ordered was packaged in a metal tin within a cardboard shipping box, which ensured the piece didn’t get broken in transit - I appreciate this so much! I did the message the seller a few times and they always responded in a timely manner with helpful information. Hopefully, I don’t break another Gundam part but if I do, I know the first place to look!

  I REALLY recommend this vendor/shop. My RG Unicorn broke and I thought I was never going to be able to fix it, then I came across Mr. Bao's Shop. I read the comments and reviews and decided to contact him/her. Communication was great, and other than the time zone difference, it was quick too. He/she answered all my questions and always kept me up to date on the process. Everything arrived in perfect order and in a very nice box (check the pictures). Super recommended!

  The best buying experience I've had on this site. The seller communicated well (especially important in a custom order), and the item was exactly what was ordered. The detail was beyond expectation, cut from the runner exactly as shown in the manual. The item was also prepared for delivery exquisitely, packaged in very nice tin within the box.   Parts arrived very securely packaged, and in a tin to avoid any crushing or damage. Overall very happy with the service, only downside was it did take a little while due to communication and ordering delays, but dont let that put you off, great service! Would highly recommend!
