  Bought the wrong length axle. Contacted seller, explained the issue and it was swapped for the correct length with no fuss. Can't ask for more than that. Recommended seller.

  Panda received was as described by seller. Received today and on fitting my batteries, panda is working well. Appears to be good quality and value. Despatched and delivered well within timescale quoted on ebay. Pleased purchaser. Good communication by seller.

  7 days from order, poorly packed, lucky it wasnt damaged, left on the doorstep didnt even ring doorbell, but it does the job, good value

  For the second time and a different seller I was sent a different color T and style? It appears the JeansBlue T (on both sites) appears for sale but you get sent a different T instead?? Annoying ... Clearly they don't have it to sell but give you an excuse instead. If you haven't got it ... Don't sell it! Send an immediate refund. I got intouch with the seller and to be fair has issued a refund. My point is with the two sellers - take off your site what you don't have or in the pop up say N/A .

  Although I was unhappy with my order and what I got not being as presented in the photos, the seller was very understanding of my disappointment and offered me a 50% refund which resolved things very respectfully so I can feel satisfied with my order.

  Great communication :) Initially was sent the wrong item however, the seller was great and got in contact with me quickly and sent me the correct item at no additional cost as well as letting me keep the original items and I am very happy. Great seller.
