  Shipped poorly packed, item arrived damaged inside a clean box that didn't match box in pics. Seller said it was UPS's fault and I'd have to file the claim. When I pointed our he had to file, he said he'd look into it and ghosted me. Not worth claim. I'm an ebay'er since '02 - beware.

  Seller had good communication. Refunded my money even before letting me know there was a mistake on his end making the part unavailable. I wanted the part, but this seller made it as right as he could even before I knew what happened! Don't hesitate to do business with!
